Identifying unmet needs
We began by engaging with Real Chemistry’s Group President of Global Integrated Solutions, and their executive leadership team to assess Real Chemistry’s current abilities. This allowed us to develop a set of integrated solutions by drawing across several company business units.
Creating an exceptional experience
Using the C\R Aligned Innovation Framework, we defined near-term opportunities to build new products close to existing P&L’s and solutions and developed a shared process for new solution development.
Building for impact
A new unified roadmap was established for the organization in just six weeks, culminating in a three-day offsite to implement the new roadmap and processes.
Piloting for scale
Real Chemistry developed a centralized leadership team to steer the development, piloting of the new product offerings across their client portfolio.
