Select Medical sought to launch a new cancer rehabilitation service across its 1400 outpatient rehabilitation clinics. The challenge was to innovate close to the P&L to leverage existing channels, facilities, and teams to develop a new service and line of business.

Identifying unmet needs
The team at ReVital has the long-term goal of making cancer rehabilitation the standard of care for every cancer patient. Given the sizable national footprint of Select Medical outpatient clinics, this goal was a natural extension to its core business.
Creating an exceptional experience
We understood the need to create an entirely new brand and go-to-market strategy for ReVital while maintaining the values of Select Medical and their family of brands.
Building for impact
We partnered with the SVP of ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation, to evaluate the target audience’s needs, convert these needs into a brand, and develop a new website and content marketing strategy to reach and engage the end-user.
Piloting for scale
The pilot has been successful, and the venture has scaled to 22 states.
